Host well‑prepared appointments from welcome to thoughtful farewell.
Build lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach and timely follow‑up.
Keep the boutique ready with accurate CRM, well‑prepared appointments, and immaculate presentation.
Support precise product handling and elegant client presentations during discovery.
Arrange simple service needs (orders, repairs, collections) with clear, proactive updates.
About You
Experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality, or high‑touch client service.
Composed presence, impeccable presentation, and natural communication.
Curiosity about craftsmanship and a genuine interest in fine jewellery.
Reliability and flexibility across boutique trading hours.
