About the Role
Reporting to the Farm Dive Manager, this role focuses on diving operations, farm maintenance, and supporting overall farm logistics to ensure the safety and longevity of equipment and shell stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Diving, installation, and maintenance of farm infrastructure
- Assist with shell handling, cleaning, and harvest operations
- Support vessel and equipment maintenance
- Complete dive logs and basic operational records
- Report hazards, incidents, and equipment issues
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
